To accommodate clients with special needs, The Rockfall Company maintains a staff of Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS). Our CAPS trained design and building professionals help our elderly clients and those with special needs with the dream of making their houses “homes for a lifetime”, even if their needs and abilities change. These specialists are trained to evaluate the individual needs of the homeowner and to design a new home, or recommend design modifications for an existing home, with the objective of eliminating the barriers commonly found in traditional construction thereby facilitating the enjoyment and usefulness of the existing home.
The Rockfall Company provides the homeowner with a single, cost effective source of trained modification professionals, for the evaluation, design and the actual renovation work needed to make their house a “home for life”.
